So Haunt Me(1992)

So Haunt Me is a British sitcom that aired on BBC1 from 1992 to 1994. When advertising copywriter Peter Rokeby loses his job and turns freelance, he and his wife Sally move their family to a modest home in Willesden. They quickly discover the house is haunted by Yetta Feldman, a meddlesome Jewish mother who died choking on a chicken bone and has been frightening away residents for years. While Sally can see and speak to Yetta, Peter frustratingly cannot—at least at first. The family agrees to help their ghostly resident find her estranged daughter Carole. Created by Paul Mendelson, the show ran for three series and a special, blending domestic comedy with the chaos of cohabiting with an opinionated phantom.
