愛情イッポン！ is a Japanese drama series following Tomoe, a 17-year-old high schooler who juggles typical teenage interests with extraordinary family responsibilities. After losing her mother young, she manages the household and finances alongside her father Shouhei, a struggling judo instructor. When her father's arrest forces her to take over the family dojo, Tomoe reluctantly steps into the martial arts world she'd rejected. With support from her school's judo team captain, she begins teaching the remaining students and rediscovering judo herself.
