School is a Russian drama series that follows the collapse of an exemplary class after their beloved teacher, the celebrated Anatoly Nosov, falls suddenly ill. Left without their guiding force, the students of class 9 "A" begin to unravel—discipline fractures and their reputation crumbles. Among them is Anya Nosova, the teacher's rebellious granddaughter, struggling with her own demons. When new student Ilya Epifanov arrives, he becomes a catalyst for unexpected revelations, exposing hidden sides of his classmates and challenging everything they thought they knew about each other. As the once-model class spirals into chaos, no teacher wants to take on the responsibility of restoring order. The series explores how quickly structure can dissolve and what it takes for teenagers to find their footing when authority disappears.
