10.5 is a disaster miniseries following Dr. Samantha Hill, a controversial earthquake researcher whose unconventional theories have made her unpopular among her peers at a Washington State university. When a catastrophic series of earthquakes threatens to split the West Coast from the rest of North America, Hill is unexpectedly given control of the emergency response. Despite her abrasive personality and unorthodox methods, she becomes the only scientist who might prevent geological disaster from destroying millions of lives.
