You Can't Take From One Who Does Not Have is a Greek animated series that aired on Mega during the 2010–2011 season. Set in modern Athens, the story follows Charon, the mythological ferryman, who wants to retire but faces a problem: Menippus owes him an obolus and has no way to pay. Hermes, the soul-carrier and reluctant accomplice in the debt, joins Charon in helping Menippus earn the money needed to settle the account. The series blends classical mythology with contemporary urban life, creating an absurdist comedy about obligation and escape. The single season comprises 14 episodes and offers a distinctly Greek take on timeless mythological characters caught in modern circumstances.
