The Valley(2015)

The Valley is a German mystery series set in the misty autumn landscape of the Ahr Valley. A man wakes in a vineyard with no memory of his identity or how he arrived there, only to find a dead young woman lying beside him. As an outsider in this remote, close-knit community, he struggles to uncover the truth about the woman's death and his own past. The insular village harbors dark secrets, and locals seem determined to keep him in the dark. Caught between fog-shrouded forests and suspicious townspeople, the man must navigate a web of deception to reclaim his lost life and expose what the Ahr Valley's residents are hiding.
