Safety First is a comedy series following Dirk Porrez, a recently laid-off worker who founds a private security firm with three former colleagues: Smos, Ingrid, and Luc. The team takes on security contracts for various events, determined to rebuild their careers and prove themselves. Despite their genuine camaraderie and best intentions, the four friends consistently bungle their assignments with spectacular incompetence. Their misadventures reveal the gap between their ambitions and their actual capabilities, creating comedy from their well-meaning but chaotic approach to protecting clients. The series balances workplace humor with character dynamics as the group navigates both their professional failures and the bonds that keep them together.
