37.5°C Tears is a Japanese drama series following Sugisaki Momoko, a former nursery school teacher whose struggle to smile costs her job. She finds redemption working for Little Snow, a home care service that sends caregivers to tend sick children while parents work. Visiting different households across the city, Momoko encounters families facing real struggles and discovers her own capacity for warmth and connection. Supported by her colleagues and best friend Yumika, she navigates the complexities of caregiving, romance, family bonds, and friendship. The series explores how small acts of compassion reshape lives, both for the children she cares for and for Momoko herself as she learns to open her heart.
