Eroge! Sex and Gamedev(2011)

Eroge! Sex and Gamedev is a comedy series following Mochizuki Tomoya, a convenience store clerk with a passion for adult visual novels but no artistic talent of his own. When he lands a job at Flower, a struggling eroge studio, as website administrator, Tomoya discovers the company is on the verge of collapse after their debut title flopped spectacularly. Worse, his coworkers lack any real understanding of what makes the genre work. Armed with genuine fandom and determination, Tomoya must navigate the quirky world of game development while trying to save the studio from bankruptcy. The series blends workplace comedy with insider industry humor as an unlikely team attempts to create their next hit game.
