Reto 4 Elementos is a competition series that pits 32 contestants against each other in eight mixed teams of four. Each squad must navigate grueling challenges tied to the four classical elements: air, water, earth, and fire. The format tests physical endurance, strategic thinking, and teamwork as competitors push themselves through increasingly demanding trials.
