Ns' Aoi(2006)

Ns' Aoi is a Japanese drama series based on the manga following Misora Aoi, a third-year nurse at a prestigious hospital. After a mishap in the Emergency Center, she's transferred to the medical ward of an affiliated facility—a place where survival is only the first battle. Here, patients require meticulous care, yet the ward is plagued by incompetent doctors and a system corrupted by political ties and profit motives. Aoi refuses to compromise her principles, dedicating herself to genuine patient care despite growing tension with the hospital's arrogant physicians. With support from fellow nurse Kyoko Komine and Dr. Takagi, she gradually challenges the ward's toxic culture and transforms those around her. The series explores the clash between idealism and institutional corruption in modern healthcare.
