Wind Blew That Summer is a coming-of-age series that follows a group of friends across a decade, from their school years into adulthood. Beginning in 2005, the story centers on Bai Yi Han, who enters a prestigious school and develops feelings for the brilliant Lin Xing Ze. When transfer student Yang Tian Ran arrives, a love triangle forms between the three. Meanwhile, Chen Si Yu and Zhou Xiao Yu's budding romance adds further tension to the group's dynamics. As the years unfold, their youthful connections are tested by growing up, changing circumstances, and the unpredictable turns that life takes.
