Kampung People(2019)

Kampung People is a Malaysian series following Razif, a man caught in a dangerous web of crime and survival. After his arrest during a police raid on an illegal goods operation, Razif is sentenced to 15 years in prison but offered a deal: testify against his former boss, Mr. Suhaimi, in court. The decision puts him and his family in the crosshairs of the ruthless Cengkih Manis group, forcing them into the Witness Protection Program. To stay alive, Razif's family must abandon their former lives and assume new identities as villagers, learning to blend into rural life while evading threats. The series explores themes of loyalty, sacrifice, and the cost of choosing justice over silence.
