Saimin Jutsu 2 is a Japanese anime series following Susumu, a withdrawn and passive young man trapped in a stifling household under his domineering mother's thumb. His life takes an unexpected turn when a new resident moves into his apartment building and introduces him to the art of hypnotism. Armed with this newfound power, Susumu begins experimenting on those around him, starting with his attractive neighbors—a voluptuous mother and her daughter. As he grows bolder in wielding his hypnotic abilities, Susumu sets his sights on his ultimate target: his own mother. The series blends dark comedy with supernatural elements as the meek protagonist transforms into someone willing to manipulate others to reclaim control of his life.
