Wings of the World(2019)

Wings of the World is a historical series set in 1663, following Lu Changfeng, the young commander of the Ming dynasty's navy. When his fleet is ambushed by a ghost armada and sea creatures during a routine escort mission, the entire envoy is destroyed. Lu Changfeng survives thanks to a mysterious woman who rescues him from the ocean depths and leads him to Luzon, the bustling commercial hub of the Age of Sail. There, he must navigate treacherous waters—both literal and political—as he uncovers the truth behind the supernatural attack and his mysterious savior's origins. The series blends historical adventure with elements of mystery and the supernatural, exploring themes of duty, survival, and destiny against the backdrop of maritime exploration and trade.
