BLUE LOCK(2022)

Blue Lock is a sports anime series that follows high school soccer players selected from across Japan for an experimental and controversial program. The project aims to develop the world's greatest striker by cultivating extreme egoism and individual skill. Isagi Yoichi, a forward cut from his team, joins the intense training facility where players compete ruthlessly against one another. The series explores themes of ambition, self-discovery, and the psychological toll of elite athletic competition. As participants clash in high-stakes matches, they must balance teamwork with personal excellence while confronting their own limitations. Blue Lock combines intense soccer action with character-driven drama, examining what it takes to become truly exceptional in a sport built on collaboration.
