Gun(1997)

Gun is an American anthology series that aired on ABC in spring 1997, running six episodes before cancellation. Each installment, directed by a notable filmmaker, centers on a semi-automatic pistol that drives the narrative forward. The stories and characters are entirely separate, with no connection between episodes. Produced by Robert Altman, the series assembled an impressive cast including Fred Ward, Kathy Baker, Carrie Fisher, Daryl Hannah, Randy Quaid, and Martin Sheen, alongside James Gandolfini in his television debut. U2 performed the opening theme, a cover of The Beatles' "Happiness Is a Warm Gun.
