Leap Day(2020)

Leap Day is a science-fiction series following Yeesa Cheung, a woman born on February 29th who discovers her birthday holds extraordinary power. When she celebrates in 2017, she's suddenly transported to leap day 2020 in Sapporo, where she encounters two strangers—Ryan Ma and Yu Ka-chung—and witnesses a horrifying vision: her own death in a traffic accident. Returning to 2017 with only a second elapsed, Yeesa realizes the three are now bound by fate. Together they must unravel the mystery of her leap day gift and work to prevent the tragedy that awaits them. The series blends time-travel intrigue with character-driven drama as the trio races against destiny itself.
