Mangan(2018)

Mangan is a Japanese drama series centered on Ukawa Taeko, a boarding house owner who withdraws her murder appeal despite her lawyer's pleas. Years earlier, attorney Fujii lived in Taeko's home while studying law, and she supported him through his struggles until he qualified. Now, Taeko faces prosecution for killing a moneylender who came collecting debts—money owed by her husband, Shigeharu.
