Point Zero is a Russian drama series following Anya Markova, an accomplished virologist who abandons her life in Moscow for a research position in Novosibirsk. Fleeing personal turmoil, she hopes for a fresh start in Siberia. Instead, she confronts an outbreak of a mysterious disease linked to illegal waste dumping from a meat processing plant in a remote village.
