SINGER(2013)

SINGER is a large-scale Chinese singing competition series co-produced by Hunan Broadcasting System and Mango TV. Originally adapted from the Korean format I Am a Singer, the show rebranded under its current name in 2017. Each episode features established vocalists from the Chinese music industry alongside internationally renowned artists competing for audience approval. A panel of 500 in-studio judges votes to determine rankings and eliminations. From the 2024 season onward, SINGER shifted to fully live performances and expanded judging to include 500 online international audience members, broadening its reach beyond mainland viewers and creating a truly global voting dynamic.
