Tactics is a supernatural anime series following Ichinomiya Kantarou, a folklore writer and demon-buster who has possessed the ability to see demons since childhood. Isolated by others who couldn't share his gift, Kantarou formed deep bonds with the supernatural creatures instead. His life takes a new direction when he learns of Haruka, the legendary ogre-eating Tengu—a demon of unmatched strength. Driven by fascination, Kantarou dedicates himself to finding this powerful being. His search finally yields results when he discovers a shrine rumored to be Haruka's seal.
