Take Two(2018)

Take Two is a comedy-drama series about Sam Swift, a washed-up actress trying to salvage her career after a public meltdown lands her in rehab. Desperate for a comeback, she convinces grizzled private investigator Eddie Valetik to let her shadow him for research on a potential role. Eddie reluctantly agrees to the arrangement, but Sam's quick thinking and the detective skills she picked up playing a cop on television turn her into an unexpectedly capable partner. As the unlikely duo tackles cases together, their partnership becomes the second chance Sam needs—and perhaps the human connection Eddie didn't know he was missing.
