The Crew is a comedy series about a NASCAR team in transition. When team owner Bobby Spencer retires and hands control to his daughter Catherine, the crew chief must navigate her push to modernize the operation while protecting his crew's way of doing things. The clash between old-school racing traditions and new management philosophy drives the show's humor as the veteran team members resist change at every turn. Tensions rise as Catherine's fresh ideas collide with the crew's established methods, forcing everyone to reckon with how the sport—and their roles within it—are evolving.
