Utacon(2016)

Utacon is a Japanese weekly music show produced by NHK that premiered in April 2016. Airing live from NHK Hall in Tokyo every Tuesday, the program showcases a diverse lineup of artists spanning enka and J-pop genres. Utacon succeeded two long-running NHK music programs—Kayou Concert and Music Japan—continuing their tradition of bringing established and emerging Japanese musicians to television audiences. The show airs domestically on NHK-G and reaches international viewers through NHK World Premium, making it accessible to Japanese music fans worldwide.
