Walking the Amazon(2011)

Walking the Amazon is a documentary series following Ed Stafford and Luke Collyer as they attempt to traverse the entire length of the Amazon River on foot—over seven thousand kilometres through some of Earth's most unforgiving terrain. The expedition pushes them through dense jungle teeming with deadly wildlife while navigating a region caught in the grip of the criminal drugs trade. Their journey becomes a test of endurance, survival instinct, and human resilience against both nature's most formidable obstacles and the dangers lurking in one of the world's most remote and volatile environments.
