Whatever is a coming-of-age series following two restless teenagers whose lives intersect in unexpected ways. Kasper, a 12-year-old student at the prestigious Nerola school, excels at his daytime studies and evening performances on the school's television program, yet remains deeply unhappy. His thoughts are consumed by Ida, a girl he's never actually met. Meanwhile, 13-year-old Ida, living in foster care, desperately craves attention from the world around her—most of all from her biological mother. As their separate worlds collide, both teens grapple with longing, belonging, and the gap between their public personas and private desires. The series explores what it means to be seen and understood during adolescence's most turbulent years.
