World Trigger(2014)

World Trigger is a sci-fi action series set in Mikado City, where a mysterious gate to another dimension has opened, unleashing hostile creatures known as Neighbors. Osamu Mikumo, a young Border Defense agent, takes on the responsibility of protecting his city from these otherworldly threats. Armed with specialized weapons called Triggers, Osamu and his fellow agents engage in intense combat missions to defend civilians and prevent the Neighbors from expanding their foothold. The series balances high-stakes action sequences with character development, exploring Osamu's growth as a soldier and his bonds with teammates.
