Everyone's heart contains an undelivered love letter.

Cape No. 7 is a Taiwanese film about Aga, a washed-up band singer who returns to his hometown of Hengchun carrying years of disappointment. When Tomoko, a Japanese model, arrives to assemble a backup band for a major beach concert, she recruits Aga and five other ordinary locals with no musical experience. Against all odds, this ragtag group of misfits must learn to play together and find their voice before the big performance. The film blends comedy and heart as small-town characters discover unexpected talent and connection through music, celebrating the power of second chances and community spirit.
