Insecticidal follows Cami, an entomology student researching insects in her sorority house, whose work takes a horrifying turn when her sister Josi sprays insecticide on the specimens. The chemicals trigger a nightmarish transformation: the insects mutate into massive, ravenous creatures that begin attacking the sorority. Worse, Josi herself becomes the breeding ground for these monstrous bugs, turning her into an unwitting incubator for the colony. As the mutant swarm grows hungrier and more aggressive, Cami must find a way to stop the infestation before it consumes everyone in the house. This creature feature blends body horror with siege-style tension as the sisters fight for survival against their own backyard nightmare.
