Going Bongo(2015)

Going Bongo is a comedy film about Dr. Berger, an ambitious physician who lands a coveted position at a prestigious Beverly Hills medical centre. After a night of cocktails at a gala thrown by his superiors, he drunkenly volunteers to spend a month working at an under-resourced hospital in Tanzania. Leaving his fiancé behind, Berger must now honour his commitment and travel to Africa, where he discovers that medicine—and life—looks vastly different outside the comfort of Los Angeles. The film follows his culture clash and personal growth as he navigates a challenging environment far removed from the glamour he's accustomed to.
