A Family Circus Christmas is an animated holiday film about a family's search for meaning during the season. When the children's grandfather's handmade star goes missing from the Christmas tree, their father grows melancholy. Young Jeffy dreams of Santa and asks him to bring Granddad home from Heaven for Christmas. Billy worries his brother's hopes will shatter when he learns the impossible wish can't come true. Their mother struggles to explain why Jeffy's heartfelt request is beyond even Santa's magic.
