Scorpions: Acoustica is a 2001 live album capturing the German hard rock legends performing an unplugged set. Recorded across three concerts at Convento do Beato in Lisbon, Portugal in February 2001, the project marked a striking departure from the band's electric sound. Supported by backing vocalists, percussionists, and keyboardist Christian Kolonovits, Scorpions reimagined their catalogue in acoustic arrangements. The setlist features four new compositions—"Life Is Too Short," "Back To You," "I Wanted To Cry," and "When Love Kills Love"—alongside covers of The Cars' "Drive," Kansas' "Dust In The Wind," and Queen's "Love Of My Life." The performances showcase the band's versatility and the emotional depth of their material stripped down to its core. Available as both CD and DVD, with slight variations between formats.
