Cannibal Family(2010)

Cannibal Family is a horror film following Ryo Shinkai, who flees into the forest with a fortune in cash. Wounded and desperate, he stumbles upon a Western-style house where he receives medical care. But his refuge becomes a nightmare when he discovers the family's horrifying secret. As Shinkai realizes the true nature of his hosts, he must find a way to survive their twisted household.
