Black Dividend(1963)

Black Dividend is a Japanese crime drama following Ryokichi Ibuki, a lowly clerk who discovers company secrets and turns to industrial blackmail. When his lover, Kaoru Koizumi—a confidential secretary—feeds him insider information, Ibuki exploits her trust to extort her employer. Kaoru resigns in shame, but Ibuki quickly recruits another spy, Ayuko Ichinoi, to continue his scheme. As his web of manipulation expands, the film traces his descent into criminality and the human cost of his ambition. Caught between loyalty and survival, the characters navigate a world where corporate secrets become weapons and trust becomes currency.
