Row Your Boat is a drama following Jamey Meadows, a man freshly released from prison who must rebuild his life from homelessness on the streets of New York City. Struggling to stay straight, Meadows resists his brother's repeated attempts to pull him back into crime and instead takes work as a census taker. Through his door-to-door rounds, he meets a young Chinese immigrant equally adrift in her own life. A tentative connection forms between them as both seek redemption and belonging. But as old temptations resurface, Meadows faces a crucial test: can he hold onto this fragile new beginning, or will his past reclaim him?
