Track(1999)

Track is a crime thriller about Detective Steve Woodward of the LAPD, assigned to deliver a two-million-dollar ransom for a kidnapped girl. When the exchange goes catastrophically wrong—the money vanishes and the victim dies—Woodward becomes the scapegoat. Facing unjust accusations and desperate to clear his name, he hatches a dangerous plan: orchestrate his own kidnapping to expose the truth. As Woodward descends into the criminal underworld, his scheme spirals beyond his control, forcing him to confront consequences he never anticipated. The film explores themes of corruption, desperation, and the thin line between law enforcement and lawlessness.
