Top of the Tower is a drama about power and accountability in a sprawling construction project. Rezvani, director of a housing cooperative, faces pressure from shareholders to remove Farid Sadri, the contractor overseeing a high-rise tower development that has stalled past its deadline. Caught between corporate demands and the complexities of an unfinished build, Rezvani must decide whether to fire Sadri and find a replacement, or defend him against mounting pressure. The film explores the tensions between management, labor, and the human cost of ambitious urban development, examining how institutional pressure shapes decisions that affect everyone involved in the project.
