Jingi 20: Betrayal Reward(1999)

Jingi 20: Betrayal Reward is a Japanese crime film following Saeki, a former yakuza lieutenant who returns to the underworld after a decade in prison. Once a feared and respected figure across the Kanto region, Saeki immediately establishes the Saegumi Saekikai, recruiting fellow inmates and rapidly consolidating power. When his old protégé Hitoshi objects to Saeki's brutal, outdated methods, Saeki refuses to listen. Instead, he absorbs rival factions from the Kanto Ichienkai, expanding his influence and destabilizing the delicate balance of the criminal hierarchy.
