Hustler Squad is a World War II action film about a cynical major tasked with an unconventional mission: eliminate three Japanese generals and an admiral hiding in a fortified bordello on a remote Philippine island. With only 60 days and limited options for a direct assault, the major partners with Filipino guerrilla leader Paco to devise a daring plan. He recruits and trains four unlikely female assassins—an imprisoned killer, a nurse dying of disease, a mobster's fugitive girlfriend, and a Filipina survivor of Japanese brutality—then infiltrates them as prostitutes on the island. The major must convince his skeptical superiors that unarmed women can succeed where conventional forces cannot. Success depends entirely on his recruits' ability to complete their deadly assignment.
