Gnashing(2013)

Gnashing is a horror film following a man whose life unravels when he inexplicably develops monstrous fangs. As his teeth grow larger and more grotesque, he battles to maintain his grip on normalcy—his job, his relationships, his sense of self. The transformation is both physical and psychological, forcing him to confront what he's becoming while those around him recoil in fear and disgust.
