Lessons Learned is a coming-of-age film about a boy who receives an unusual birthday gift from his grandfather: a wooden box meant to hold the lessons he'll gather throughout his life. When he opens the chest, he discovers it already contains his grandfather's own collection of hard-won wisdom.
