Akio Otsuka (大塚 明夫, Ō tsuka Akio) es un actor de doblaje (seiyu) japonés de Tokio que está afiliado a Mausu Promotion. Es hijo del también actor de doblaje Chikao Otsuka. En febrero de 2005, se casó con la actriz de doblaje Yoko Soumi, pero se divorció de ella en 2009.
