0.5 Man(2023)

0.5 Man is a Japanese comedy series following Masaharu Tachibana, a burned-out programmer who has retreated into his parents' home, where he spends his days gaming and sleeping. His only trips outside his room are to the convenience store for energy drinks. When his parents announce plans to build a larger house to accommodate his sister's family, Masaji's isolated routine is upended. Forced into closer quarters with relatives, he gradually emerges from his self-imposed isolation. The series traces his reluctant journey back into the world and his own life, blending humor with the quiet struggle of reconnection and personal change.
