Patriot(2020)

Patriot follows Sanya Kuchin, a former soldier returning to his small hometown and struggling to adapt to civilian life. Taking work as a security guard at a local convenience store called Dream, he attempts to win back his ex-classmate while battling the town's entrenched problems: corruption, laziness, alcoholism, and apathy. Sanya soon discovers that civilian life operates nothing like military discipline. The rigid order he knew in the army clashes with the messy reality of small-town Russia, forcing him to navigate a world far more complicated than any charter could account for. As he fights against the indifference surrounding him, Sanya must learn what it truly means to belong.
