The Abyss of 100 Flowers(2012)

The Abyss of 100 Flowers is a historical drama set in 1930s Minguo. Opera performer Xiao Jun Sheng is arrested for five murders after a witness places him at a crime scene. He dies in prison under suspicious circumstances, officially ruled a suicide, forcing his wife to flee with their children. Eighteen years later, his adult children Ke Lan and Ming Xuan return to the capital determined to clear their father's name and expose the real killer. Ke Lan infiltrates the household of the key witness by working as a servant, while Ming Xuan joins the police force. Together, they navigate a dangerous web of secrets and corruption to uncover what truly happened and why their father was framed.
