Wordplay is an American game show that aired on NBC from December 1986 to September 1987. Hosted by Tom Kennedy with announcer Charlie O'Donnell, the series challenged contestants with word-based puzzles and games. The show occupied the time slot previously held by the long-running soap opera Search for Tomorrow, marking a significant shift in NBC's daytime programming.
