Low Life(1990)

Low Life is a Brazilian drama series following Cláudia Toledo, a fading actress and former sex symbol whose life takes a dark turn when a wealthy businessman proposes marriage. What promises to be her salvation reveals itself as a facade designed to protect his reputation. Trapped in a hollow union, Cláudia finds herself drawn to Tomás, a charming construction worker who persuades her into a dangerous conspiracy: murdering her husband to claim his fortune.
