Agency is a Latvian series that follows the daily chaos of an advertising agency where professionalism collides with boredom, romance, and existential fatigue. Shot during summer 2020 by the New Riga Theatre ensemble, the show explores a world in rapid flux and the pervasive belief that nearly everything can be manipulated. Set in a classic office environment, Agency captures the tension between corporate routine and the deeper human struggles that simmer beneath the surface. The series examines how people navigate meaning and connection in spaces designed for productivity but often filled with quiet desperation.
