Acting for a Cause(2020)

Acting for a Cause is a live read series of classic plays and screenplays created and hosted by Brando Crawford, featuring young Hollywood actors including Academy Award nominee Florence Pugh and Emmy nominee Margaret Qualley. Each reading raises money for a specific charity. Between March and July 2020, the series attracted over 500,000 viewers across its live events. Launched as a direct response to the coronavirus pandemic, Acting for a Cause marked Crawford's entry into directing and producing, bringing together eighty young Hollywood stars to support charitable causes through theatrical performance.
